The new owner needs to make a Standuply account and add your team’s Workspace
(The already connected team has "private" status, not "shared")
After you added your team, click on your profile picture and go to "Settings"
Find an "Ownership" scope and click on it
Find from the scope to whom you want to transfer your subscription plan
