I have sent a help request to support but don’t get any reply

Officially we reply within 24 hours max, but usually, it happens much faster. There are three reasons why we answer with a delay:

  1. The team is on holiday (but in this case, we still try to reply within 24 hours max).

  2. You've sent the request on the weekend. Our working schedule is Monday-Friday 11:00 AM-8:00 PM ( Moscow time)

  3. Some technical issues prevent us from answering your request.

So, don’t panic. We’re always here to help you. 😄
