Officially we reply within 24 hours max, but usually it happens much faster. There are three reasons why we answer with a delay:

  1. The team is on holidays (but in this case we still try to reply within 24 hours max).

  2. You've sent request on weekend, our working schedule is Monday-Friday 11:00 AM-8:00 PM ( Moscow time)

  3. There are some technical issues that prevent us from answering your request.
