Asynchronous result's delivery checkbox is greyed out

Change synchronous/asynchronous results delivery option

If Asynchronous result's delivery checkbox is greyed out and you can't choose Synchronous results delivery, most probably you've set up User's local time zone option in Scheduling:

In this case, synchronous results delivery is impossible, and the only way to set up synchronous results delivery is to choose a single time zone for the whole team in Scheduling:
