Step 1: Log in to your Standuply account.

Step 2: In the upper right corner click and open the dropdown then select the "Settings" item

Step 3: Choose the Reports section and scroll down to the Quick response options. Then Uncheck the "Enable Quick response option" box

Note: In the Quick response options you can delete some items or add your own response options.
