Previously, when responding to surveys and reports, each reply created a separate message, which could sometimes be less than ideal. Now, we've introduced the "Send Results to Reply" feature, enabling you to send responses as replies to existing messages within MS Teams.
This feature ensures a more convenient and structured discussion, allowing you to easily track all responses within each report.
