To add a new knowledge unit to your team's Q&A system, you need to be sure that you have access to it.

(Admins can give you access in the team's permission settings block)

Click on the Q&A button at the top scope

Click on the "Add to Q&A" button to add a new knowledge unit

As you can see, Standuply has already made a lot of templates for any use-cases. Find the one that suits you most, and fill out the information
