There are two ways of using the Asana task tracker in Standuply

1. Surveys about Asana tasks

2. Answering questions via selecting tasks from Asana

But the first step for both of these use cases is the same.

Adding Asana as your Task Tracker and doing the authorization

How to make Surveys about Asana tasks

After you made your Survey Report and integrate Asana as your Task Tracker for this report you will get this menu:

After setting a needed Project, Columns, Status of Tasks, Number of Task. You can also set Assignees for the tasks.

You can always apply the same settings to every respondent on the report by clicking on Apply to All button.

How to make a report with the questions based on your Asana Task

After creating a new report change the question type to "Task Response"

After setting a needed Project, Columns, Status of Tasks. You can also set Assignees for the tasks.

Since the respondents of this report will basically give their answers to certain tasks from the Asana, they can always choose what tasks they want to give an answer to, by choosing it from the "Select item" dropdown when the report just was started.
