I have sent my request, but don’t get any reply. Why?

Officially we reply within 24 hours max, but usually it happens much faster. There are two reasons why there can be a delayed reply:

  1. The team is on holidays (but in this case we still try to reply within 24 hours max).

  2. There are some technical issues that prevent us from replying your request.

So, don’t panic and don’t think that we have forgotten about you, we’re always there to help you :)
