1. Open your Standuply's personal account and click "Create report".

2. Open the "Respondents & Requests" section and change the response type in one of the pre-set questions (or create a new question) from "Text response" to "Survey question".

3. Enter the survey question.

4. Enter the options.

You can add or delete options.

You can also make the survey anonymous

Here is how the survey looks like for a respondent when he/she gets the survey question.

The results are shown in text format and as a round diagram.
